Graphics Stutter/Micro Freeze

Hello,

I just installed the latest version of NT7 (hadn't run it before on this computer) and I'm getting pauses in the graphics specifically when I use the ruler. When I can get it to start drawing if I move the mouse/pointer it takes a second or so for the actual line on the screen to follow it. I only have one cart open, no indicators and it happens if I'm connected to Forex.com or not. Does it with the x86 or x64.

NT8 works fine.

HP Desktop - Windows 10 (latest creators update) - onboard intel video card. I have a NVidia card that I can put in if needed.

Could you please send the log and trace from your platform to look further into this inquiry?


To send me your log and trace files from within NinjaTrader. Go to Control Center-->Help-> Mail to Platform Support in NinjaTrader. Put 'Att Shawn', in the subject field and enable 'Log and trace files'.
