Impossible to connect INDU with IB ?

Impossible to connect INDU on Interactiv Brokers.
I receive data on the dow Jones Industrial average in real time on CME with the symbol DJI but when I try to launch a chart i have the message " error o, loading chart data for "IND Cme' IB error in requesting historical data from IB requete 200) /
can you help me.thanks
