I'm ready to go live with NT . What fees for licensing are there ? Do I pay through my brokerage account ? What will I pay as a monthly fee besides a license fee ? How often will I be charged ? I want to be sure I'm aware of these fees before I pull the trigger , thanks .

The licensing fees can be detailed on the link provided.
After you have received your license key from your purchase you should be ready to trade as long as your account is set up on your broker side as well and you have created your connection.
