Cross Hair Tracks on Ninja Trader Charts

I have had this problem for some time now (see attached chart) where, with anything but a black or white chart background the cross hairs leave "tracks" as they travel across the charts. At times it can be quite annoying almost to the point of distraction. I have been told by NT Support that it is caused by an incompatiblity with nVidia chipsets on graphics cards. I was wondering if there has been any attempt or plan to solve this problem, either in this current version 6.5 or in the new version 7.

Solution to My Problem

Thanks Ben. I didn't find the solution to my problem there. However, it encouraged me to experiment. I finally found that by changing the "Color Quality" on the "DisplayProperties>Settings" tab from "Medium (16 bit)" to "Highest (32 bit)" the problem went away.
