What instruments are available on demo?

Is there a list of the instruments that have live data feeds for demo accounts? Specifically for Continuum and FXCM?

There is no publicly available list of the instruments which receive real-time data when using the futures and forex demos.

The most popular futures and forex instruments receive real-time data, and less popular futures will typically receive at least historical data.

The easiest way to determine this would be to test the instrument in a chart and Time & Sales window during the instrument's regular market hours.

It looks like RTY and Z are not available. Any plans to add either of those?

You're correct - only historical data is available for RTY and Z when connected to a futures demo.

NinjaTrader does not directly control the real-time data enablements of the futures demo. This is managed by the data provider, CQG. Any changes to the real-time data enablements are at CQG's discretion.

Both of these instruments would be enabled for real-time data with a paid data subscription that has the appropriate enablements.

You can ask the company CQG to provide a list of relevant data for demo trading? ask them for a link where they will give a list of relevant tools. it is very inconvenient to test all the instrument for available.

A publicly available list is not available at this time, but I've submitted your suggestion to the Development Team as a feature request. I'll edit this post when I receive a tracking number.

looks like mostly (only?) globex --> These ones for sure as of the day I posted this: CL, ES, GC, ZB, ZT, 6A,6B,6C,6E,6J, ZC, ZS, GE, SI (Crude oil, emini, gold, 30yr, 10yr, 5 currencies, corn, soy beans, Eurodollar, Silver).
