Zen Fire historical data

I just switched to Ninja Trader with the Zen Fire data feed. When I'm not logged in to NT, I get gaps in my intraday data. I thought the Zen Fire feed included historical data (two weeks back), and that my intraday charts would fill whether I'm logged in or not. Am I not hooked up correctly?

Hi,

The charts with Zen-fire are still in Beta and it is possible that there are gaps and hick ups. We will have them out of Beta most likely at the end of this summer.
