What do I need to do to remedy this ?

Hello denalek2419,

Thanks for opening the thread.

It looks like a package of data cannot be unzipped after the platform has downloaded it.

This can be remedied by manually deleting the file that NinjaTrader is trying to unzip so the file is downloaded anew. If this is happening for a particular instrument, please navigate to the Historical Data Manager (Control Center > Tools > Historical Data Manager) and delete the data from this instrument/expiry. Afterwards, please try to reload the chart data.

If these steps do not resolve your inquiry, please write in to platformsupport[at]ninjatrader[dot]com with the text "Attention Jim" and your log and trace files so we may further analyze the issue. Please include a link to the thread URL and the following information about the error received.

• When was the last time you encountered this error? Please be as exact as possible
• The Instrument in which you received this message. Or any steps that you could describe leading up to this occurence

You may follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to your response:

• Open your NinjaTrader folder under My Documents.
• Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
• Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to an email to Platform Support.
• Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
