I have a doubt when I place a limited order at a price that has not yet touched.
That order is already active and on the waiting list or is activated when the price touches the price of the order.

Hello Ufesa,

When a limit order is placed to a live account and becomes working, this order is working on the exchange servers. This also applies to stop market, stop limit, and market if touched orders.

Only one order type is not transmitted when placed and this would be a simulated stop loss. As this one order type is not accepted by any brokerage this is simulated locally on the machine and transmitted when touched.

All orders to the Sim101 never leave your machine and are practice trades. These are filled by the simulation engine.
