    Some charts not updating to current date

    Some charts are not updating to current date and are therefore not receiving data.

    For example, current contract CL 34 Range chart is working perfectly and are reflecting todays date BUT CL 21 Range and 144 Tick charts stuck on 10/31/2017 and are therefore not receiving data.

    Any thoughts?

    Can you please check the items at the link below which can explain why charts do not receive realtime data.


    If the issue remains, please provide me the answers to the questions at the link above.

    Do you receive realtime data if you create a brand new 21 Range chart for the CL 12-17 without a chart template?
