    No Data Showing

    All of the sudden I can't get any FOREX data on my platform. I uninstalled and reinstalled but still I'm getting nothing.

    I even tried on the Simulated Data Feed and I'm only able to paint one bar. Its not an issue with my data series either as I have it set for 365 days worth of data.

    Thank you for you post.

    What instruments are you trying to view with your FOREX connection?

    Please send me your log and trace files so that I may look into what occurred.

    You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Mail to Platform Support.

    Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.

    Please send these with ATTN: Dennis so that I may look into what occurred.

      Well, forex pairs? Like $EURUSD, etc.

        Hello jrichardson83,

        I still have not received the files you sent. If you have a moment please attempt to manually send the log and trace files to [email protected] to ATTN Dennis.

        Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to your response so I may investigate this matter further.

        Open your NinjaTrader folder under My Documents.
        Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
        Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
        Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
