SuperDOM no data, chart does not refresh

Hi, any mod or seniors can help me with these issues?

My dynamic superdom doesn't load any data and chart does not refresh.

I'm trading 6E, and connected on NinjaTrader Continuum...

My charts can only be refreshed manually.
