Global cross hair not working

Todays latest release has broken the global cross hair . Tried twice and rebooted NT . Just not working .

I just tested the Global Cross hair and it is working.

Please try opening fresh charts and see if it still fails to work.

If it fails again uninstall, clear cache and history, and then reinstall.

I uninstalled NT and deleted the 6.5 my documents file >restarted my PC >
reinstalled >restored my groups etc and the problem is still there .
