How to launch Level 2 on NYSE stocks? Broker IB

Hello!

I want to trade shares of American companies through the Ninja . To do this, I opened an account with Interactive Broker, included a TWS platform, completed the connection with the Ninja Trader. Quotes on the Ninja Trader went. But only best bid and best asc (level 1). Then I connected the paid data to the Interactive Broker to display the level 2. In the TWS platform the whole glass was displayed, but in the Ninja Trader is not. Attempts to adjust the glass market depth to success did not.

What do I need to do to see quotes for Level 2 on American stock markets?

Can you please right click in the SuperDOM and select 'Properties'. Set 'Show market depth' to True and click OK. Check if you receive 5 levels of market depth.

What TWS version do you currently have installed? You can check this at Help-->About TradersWorkstation in TWS. Please note that we currently support TWS 960.2g. If you have a different TWS version, please download and install TWS 960.2g from the IB connection guide below. Subsequently check if you receive Level 2 data.

Which SuperDOM?
Static or Dynamic? Dynamic does not add a stock tool. And in Static does not change 'Show market depth' to True and False.

This is currently expected behavior. This is a limitation of the logic currently in place to handle level II data in the SuperDOM. The Level II window should be used to see equities depth. I will submit a feature request to our Development team regarding your inquiry for consideration in a future release of NinjaTrader. I will follow up with a unique tracking ID when it has been made available.
