no overnight data

I have no overnight data in the ES. never happened before. clicking on reloading historical data does not correct the situation. data feed is cqg. version 7.0.1000.35. can you help?

after trying about 6 times I finally got overnight data at 12:30 est by clicking on reload historical data. Is there anyway I can prevent this from happening in the future?

Hello,

If you are connected to data and reloading historical data does not work, you can try opening a new chart, closing and reopening the workspace, or restarting the platform to attempt to correct it. I would always double check data is coming in by loading a superDOM of that instrument as well.

If the problem returns/persists, please email [email protected] and include your log and trace files so we may investigate the issue.
