Chart Trader Issues

When in chart trader properties, re-set resets chart and chart trader to default. Is it supposed to reset the chart to its default?

Also, I'm trying to remove all previous ATM strategies from chart trader but not able to. Please provide instructions.

What version of NinjaTrader 7 are you using? This can be found under Help -> About (Example: 7.0.1000.X)

Yes, the expected function of the 'reset' button is to reset Chart Trader and Chart properties to default in NinjaTrader 7. In NinjaTrader 8, the 'reset' buttons only affect either Chart Trader or Chart Properties but not both.

To remove an ATM strategy:

• Select one of your custom ATM strategy tempaltes from the ATM strategy control list
• Click on the ellipsis '...' button
• Right-click on thee ATM strategy window > Manage ATM Strategy Templates
• Select a name from the drop down list that you wish to remove > Click Remove
• Continue the previous step for all templates you wish to remove
• When finished, click 'Close'
