Chart blocks other windows on Screen

Hello, I recently have a issue when I have chart up on my monitor. The NT chart blocks any other window that I attempt to open. like a web browser.. I have to physically move the chart to the side to see the window behind the chart. It shouldn't be that way.

The browser should open up in front of the chart.. not behind being blocked by the NT chart.

Thanks for your post.

On the chart in question, please right mouse click on it and uncheck the selection "Always on Top". When it is checked it will keep the window on top of all others.
