Non compatable software to windows 10

I download the Ninja trading program which is fine. Once i attempt to open the windows is saying the Ninja Trader is incompatible!
Uninstalled Ninja and re installed still the same issue.
updated NET.3.5 framework. Still same issues.
This program worked before but I haven't used it in a while.
Any ideas work be great.

Please send me your log and trace files so that I may look into what occurred.

You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Mail to Platform Support.

Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.

Please reference this forum post by including a link to this thread in the body of your email, and title your email ATTN Alan S.

Please send an email to platformsupport(AT)ninjatrader(DOT)com and manually attach your log and trace files so that I may investigate this further. Title your email ATTN Alan S and include a link to this forum thread in the body of the email.

• Open your NinjaTrader folder under My Documents.
• Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
• Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
• Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
