Orders in Minidax

Hello,

I would like to ask for help with the issue on orders in Minidax in simulated Mode. If I open a MiniDAX chart with the chart trader open and right click on the chart to put a limit order, no order possibility appears on the menu. I do not have this problem with any other market. Could you please let me know what could be the problem?

Can you please clarify who you are currently connected to? You will find this in the lower left of the Control Center. Can you please clarify if this is a demo or a live account?

It is a Demo account but as I mentioned I can put orders in other markets with the same Demo account.

This demo data feed is not enabled for the FDXM. You will not be able to submit orders to this instrument using the demo data feed. You will need to acquire a live data feed to properly submit orders to the FDXM within NinjaTrader.

The best market data options for NinjaTrader will depend on how you intend to use our platform. Are you interested in using NinjaTrader for order execution? Or are you only using NinjaTrader for charting and analytics?

Do you currently have a live account for futures trading? If yes, who is your broker?

I have lifetime Ninjatrader license and my broker is Ninjatrader. I am currently operating other american markets but I wanna know what other data feed service I have to contract to trade Minidax

Thank you for your reply.

If you have an active, funded account with NinjaTrader Brokerage, then you should also have access to a live data feed from Continuum. The Continuum data feed from your live trading account will provide more extensive Eurex data than the demo account, including data for the FDAX Mini.

I would suggest contacting our brokerage support team directly to ensure the data connection associated with your live trading account is active and enabled for real-time Eurex data:
