Globex ER2 switch-over to ICE

Since the ER2 on globex is being retired, does anyone know how I might want to set up my instrument manager to include ICE exchange instruments?

I am going thru Mirus/RCG. But have heard no announcement from them as of yet.

The new contract is the TF, and it is in your Instrument Manager already.

I went through the whole instrument list and there is no TF. If I filter by type:Futures, there are 85 returned master instruments. Is there a way to import a list of instruments? I see I can add individual templates, but it looks like you need to enter more information than just the symbol name. I would like to avoid doing this if possible.

We will release a new update this week prior to contract rollover that will support TF.

Yes I download the newest Ninja and I see no ICE exchange for the russell ER 12-08, How can I set it up? I'm only getting Globex as an option as an exchange.
