Cancelling out position

Hey Can anybody advise I have Ninja 6.5 and every once in a while I attempt to close out a position. I use the close button or check the red X but it does not close my position. I right click and check close position. But that also fails. The only way for me to close the position is for me to log off and on. Can somebody tell me if this ever happen to them? Also what I could do to correct this problem. Thanks

This can happen when their is a disconnect and NinjaTrader does not get the message back from the broker stating the order status. If it happens once more you can send us your trace and log files to support with the time and we can look them over.
