Control Center on Ninja 7 not responding

I have never had any issues with Ninja 7 not responding. I am using the most current version of Ninja 7. This morning when I tried opening Ninja 7, it gave me the messsage that the control center was not responding. I tried restarting, then shutting down and restarting and still the same message. I also tried reinstalling Ninja 7 and still no change.

Any suggestions

Hello Donben,
Please send me your log and trace files so that I may look into what occurred to platformsupport[at]ninjatrader[dot]com.
Open your NinjaTrader folder under My Documents.
Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.

Please add the following items in the body of your email.
