performance report and splits

A stockI was long in split. The performance report is now showing this as a large loss. Is there a way to correct this so the numbers come out correctly?

Can you check if 'Apply commission to P/L Calculations' is checked under Tools--> Options--> General tab.

Also what version are you using? Can you check under Help--> About

The 'Apply commission to P/L Calculations' is checked and the version is 5.2.1000.2.

Can you send your Database to [email protected] and also describe exactly what happened. So I need to know what market this was in as well what time this happened. Then refer to this topic.

You can send the email directly from within the application under Help--> Mail to Support and then check 'Zip and Attach Database'

Just spoke with development and there is no way to reset your trade for split data.
