import Symbol List into Market Analyzer

I am new to NT8 and am trying to figure out how to import a .csv file of stock symbols directly into the market analyzer. Is this possible? Appreciate the help.

Thanks for writing in to our Support team.

It is not possible to directly import a .csv file into the market analyzer - however it is possible to import a stock list into an instrument list, and then add that instrument list to the Market Analyzer.

In order to import a stock list, you will have to convert your .csv file into a .txt file to use this function.

Once you have your .txt file, go to File --> Utilities --> Import Stock Symbol List.

Then, select Load and choose your .txt file to load those symbols contained in that file.

Once you have your list imported, add it to the Market Analyzer by right clicking and selecting Add Instrument List.
