Chart Trader Default Settings

Whenever I launch Chart Trader, the settings are always Account - Sim101, Qty = 1, ATM Strategy = None.

Is there a way to set the default settings for Account, Quantity and ATM Strategy in Chart Trader so that they are different than the ones listed above?

Hello,

Try saving this in a workspace: File>workspaces>Save as, then go to File>workspaces>close. And finally reopen the workspace by going to: File>workspaces>Open. Have the quantity saved in your pre-selected ATM template.

Sava Default Account Setting

in a workspace I can save the quantity and the ATM Strat.
1. But I need to save the default Account Setting in Charttrader.
2. Is there a way to completely disable the sim-account. I don't need it.

Hello SP**,

Please go to Tools-->Options-->Simulator-tab and uncheck 'Always start in simulation'.

Connect to your data feed provider and open up a chart with ChartTrader enabled.

Select your live account in ChartTrader.

Save your workspace.

Disconnect and restart NinjaTrader.

Once you are re-connected your live account should be selected in ChartTrader.

Unfortunately it is not possible to completely disable the sim101 account.
