Daily chart data nnot showing

I am unable to load Daily, weekly, monthly or yearly chart data in ES, ER and FESX. All other time, date volumes work.
I am using Zen Fire as the feed. I am also using 6.5.
Is there something that I am not doing?
When I select time frame that is not working(daily) it just loads the chart straight away without the pop up saying loading data.
I get a blank chart.
Any help would be appreciated.

This is because ZenFire does not provide daily historical data.

I've the same problem as the original poster. I imported a stock's 1 min historical data (for 1 yr) to NT and it can show the 2/3/5/60 min chart just fine. But for Daily/Weekly chart there's no display. Range bar chart is no show too.

What can I do to solve this problem? I've tried setting the session start/end already and still no show.

Hi Michael, thanks for your link. I read that there are three types of historical data: tick/minute/daily. I wonder why NT would make this (rather strange) distinction?

Why not have the option to construct daily bar with the minute bar data (which are filtered and correct)???

This is by design. I will forward your suggestion to construct a daily bar with minute bar data to our Development team.

As a workaround you can create 1440 minute bars to reflect a daily bar.
