NT seems to have 'crashed'. Can't open new charts and can't exit.

Hi,

I think what first happened is that Ninja simply froze and I had to CTRL + ALT + DELETE to exit. First time I recall this happen.

Anyway, upon starting again, I can connect as usual (Ninjatrader Continuum) and I see data streaming, BUT, I can't load charts. They simply say "Loading data..." and nothing ever happens.

Not only that, but I'm not even able to exit the program. I have to CTRL + ALT + DELETE and exit through task manager.

Now, the obvious solution might be to simply reinstall, but I was wondering if there's some other easy solution for this.

I'd like to see your log and trace files. Please send me a note to platformsupport (at) ninjatrader (dot) com. Attach your most current log and trace files to the email, and put a link to this forum post in the body of the email. Please note "ATTN: Drew" in the body of the response.

You will find the log file on your PC in the (My) Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Log folder.

The log file will be named "log.20170726.txt"

You will find the trace file on your PC in the (My) Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder.

The trace file will be named "trace.20170726.txt"
