tp and sl not working in chart trader

when use the dom with a sl and tp, then buy or sell market, i can see my sl and tp - works perfectly. but when i try the same thing using the chart trader, i get a dialog box saying "buy market or buy stop limit orders can't be placed bleow the mrket. Affected order: buy 1 Stoplimit @ 2.7 x 4.7" works perfectly using the dom??? why not with chart trader?

Right click in the Chart Trader and select properties. Then make sure the parameter type is set to ticks. It could be that this was switched to price.

when i enter sl and tp on the dom for the er2, it is in integers...but when i enter a sl and tp using the chart trader (in the dialog box) it like this 1.4, 1.5, 1.6...etc... what is 1.4 on the er2? why is it different than just the integers using the dom - where it works? i'm probably missing something stupid here...

Please try setting the parameter type to ticks by right clicking in chart trader and selecting properties. Then re-create your strategy using chart trader.

i did that before and it didn't work, but now it appears to be working fine...i'll fiddle with it more and see if everything is really ok...thanx for u'r help.
