How to calculate accumulated volume percentage.

Hi

I am developing a strategy for stock which need calculate first 15 mintues accumulated volume percentage compared with the average 90 days accumulated 15 minutes volume.

Can someone show me how to get the yesterday(and any days ago) the accumulated first15 minutes(from 9:30am, not include pre open volume) volume?
