Changing Chart Style

I am attempting to set the Chart Style to "Line on Close" when the indicator is loaded. The following code compiles, but has no effect on the Chart Style.

protected override void OnStartUp()
}
    ChartControl.ChartStyleType = ChartStyleType.LineOnClose;
}

So..... what am I doing wrong?

Changes to Data Series properties cannot be changed from a NinjaScript.

Would you like to submit a feature request for the NinjaTrader Development to consider allowing this in a future version of NinjaTrader?
