Can't import custom indicators

When I go to import a custom indicator , Ninja says I have custom indicators
on my pc with Errors ! ... Version 6.5.1000.5 .....In My Documents I have deleted all indicators that I ever imported before .The only thing in there now
in your User defined methods.cs and even that won't compile . I opened Version 6.0 and imported the indicator I wanted and it compiled just fine . Don't know what's wrong .???

Thanks . Looks like I'll be doing a reinstall at some point . If I can export a
chart template , that's about all I'd like to save .

I have about a month of saved tick data . Will that be saved by using the
backup option ? . What folder is it saved in currently ? tia

Yes, it would be saved. Its contained in a database in My Documents\NinjaTrader 6.5\db.

What you can do as insurance is export this data to a file via Tools > Historical Data > Export
