Problm loading a 3rd party add on, Help needed

I have been using a 3rd party add on for NT called TPO Volume profile, I purchase this from a NT partner. My comp had virus issues and I had to reiinstall everything, Inc. NT and that plugg-in. I am now getting a message stating that my trial period is over. I am not in a trial period. I bought it. The guy who code it (Muly from Finalg) is out of town for a month, and my trading depends on my market profile charts. Is this something I can fix, like trowing away a preference file of sorts, any ideas? I am using the same computer that was athorized to run it? Please, I would greatly appreciate any help on this matter.
