OnExecution Stopped Working

I've had this code working in an indicator at one time but recently it quit working. This is the OnExecution method.

The purpose of this code is to get trade information in an indicator. Now when I place a trade, I get no OnExecution Event to trigger in Visual Studio and no Print statements in the Output window.

I don't know where to look to find the problem. Am I missing a Declaration or something?
