What's an ergodic indicator?

Hi From time to time I hear about something called and ergodic indicator. I've looked on the web but can't find anything that explains it in laymans terms. Can anyone tell me what it is, its uses and advantages? Thanks, s

NT7 has the TSI (True Strength Index) indicator.

Doesn't NT8 have this indicator?
