I don't know where to find the indicator mentioned here, but you can take a look at http://emini-watch.com/products/hilbert-sine-wave/ - it provides also support/resistance levels and pullback/end of trend signals.

There is a version of it here in the NinjaScripts section under Ehlers Sine Wave.
Otherwise if you are familiar with Bigmiketrading.com you can find it there in the Elite section.
