show bid/ask with custom user time start/end

I got this indicator that shows the bid/ask via horizontal ray. How can i make this indicator plot only during certain times in the day? E.g. 4pm EST - 930 AM EST. I only want to show the ray in overnight session.

Thank you for you note.

To have your indicator only plot during certain times of day, you could add the following statement under OnMarketData part of your code and prior to the indicators code, which will return should time be inside 9:30-2:00PM.

if ((ToTime(Time[0]) < 140000 && ToTime(Time[0]) > 093000)) return;

When I do the following, the ray is not plotting. Am I doing something wrong? I am using a US RTH session template but I would like to see the bid/ask as ray for overnight trading.

Hello Qitrader,

The statement I gave checks if the current time is outside the exact hours defined by the US RTH session template, thus with that session template applied, the indicator would never plot.

I would suggest setting Session Template to <Use instrument settings> to see it plot outside regular trading hours.
