NT7 - Card Counting ??!!

dear pals

may i get a help to code a simple indicator NT7?

attached 2 files , one excel sheet where i show how to calculate the indicator , other is picture to show the idea.

1-if current bar high > previous bar high = give +1 else 0
2-if current bar high < previous bar high = give -1 else 0
3-if current bar low > previous bar low = give +1 else 0
4-if current bar low < previous bar low = give -1 else 0

5- now sum the values each bar get (sum 1+2+3+4 values).

6- draw moving average MA(X) for values we get in point 5.

any clarification , am ready.

P.S. look at excel sheet attached .. you will get the idea.
