Can anyone advise on how to add a visual alert such as a dot or arrow when price touches a moving average and also play a sound?

I had tried that prior to posting. I'm still not able to get the result I was expecting. I was trying to create a strategy that prints a dot below a bar(s) that touch a moving average and also play a sound once when this occurs.
