NinjaScript for self removal?

Before I start another deep dig fishing expedition into NT, is there a way in NinjaScript for an indicator to remove itself from a chart.

Use case: I have classes that are not supposed to be used directly on a chart: only called. I want any such indicator to remove itself from the chart, after a popup telling the user that the indicator cannot be used in that manner.

I have submitted a feature request to the product management team for the following feature :

This user would like indicators and strategies to be able to optionally remove themselves from charts completely.

I will follow up with more information as soon as it's available. If the feature requests already exists, a vote will be added to it.

Presumably, should this feature be added, it would not preclude an Alert being added via this method.
