Is there is an indicator or program which pulls information about trade entries, stop & target information, etc. from the ninjatrader log in real time, and could write them to a CSV file? If so, would you please point me to it? Thank you.

An option for you to consider is exporting the "Executions" tab of the control center to excel. Any of the "grid" type pages offer the ability to export to excel (or save as or e-mail). On the page of interest, right mouse click, select "grid" then "export to excel".
