I would write this statement in NinjaTrader:
MACD (12, 26)> = MME9

MME9: Exponential Moving Averages

I do not know what you mean MME9 is so I am just going to use the EMA:

if (MACD(12, 26, 9)[0] >= EMA(9)[0])
{
// do something
}
