Changing from the HH/LL to Highest/Lowest Close over x bars
I have a support/resistance indicator that plots a line from the highest high and lowest low of a bar over x periods. I want to change this so it plots the highest close and the lowest close over x bars. How do I accomplish this? Thanks.

Hello Wi!s0n,
Thank you for writing in.
If you wish to get the barsAgo value for the highest close and lowest close over x amount of bars:
If you wish to get the actual value for the highest close and lowest close over x amount of bars:Code:HighestBar(Close, x) LowestBar(Close, x)
Alternatively, to obtain the values above, you can use the MAX() and MIN() methods as well:Code:Close[HighestBar(Close, x)] Close[LowestBar(Close, x)]
More information about MAX() and MIN() can be found in the following links below:Code:MAX(Close, x)[0] MIN(Close, x)[0]
Please, let us know if we may be of further assistance.Zachary G.NinjaTrader Customer Service
