BackColor not updating in realtime

An indicator I created is supposed to change the BackColor. However it doesn't change the BackColor to a different color when it should but continues to paint the next bar with the prior bar's BackColor. Only if I hit F5 does it refresh it to the new color. See attached image.

I would appreciate if someone knowledgeable could review my coding and tell me what I need to fix. My understanding is that BackColor actually should be able to update in realtime. Or am I wrong with that assumption?

Switch to BackColorSeries: http://ninjatrader.com/support/helpG...olorseries.htm
This will allow you to set the color at the bars ago value. This should alleviate the delay or incorrect back color as you see it.
