Hello, thanks for the help.

I needed some help as to creating this simple indicator on ninjascript for Ninja Trader 8.

It should play a custom sound alert of my choice whenever the first unit + 2 decimal places of the instrument being analyzed touches or equals to exatcly 1.50

Example
if emini gold touches 1501.50
if emini gold touches 1511.50
if ... 1691.50
At any number as long as the 1.50 is in the price, once it touches the custom sound alert should trigger.

Thank you for writing in.

You can convert the close to a string with .ToString(). After doing that, check if the string ends with "1.5" with the .EndsWith() method: http://www.dotnetperls.com/startswith

Example:

protected override void OnBarUpdate()
{
     if (Close[0].ToString().EndsWith("1.5"))
          // do something
}
