    Import issue

    hi,

I am importing an archive from my computer to a clients computer.
On the client machine, I am getting an error on the import.
I tried export/import as sources and as compiled assembly - both fail in the same way.

Was trying to figure out what is in conflict or missing.
I don't see any details in the Log tab and could not see details

I then manually copy the same source files onto the clients computer and they compile just fine.

    Any ideas?

    thanks,
    Onn

    Hello Onn,

    Thank you for your post.

Open the .zip for your protected .dll files > place those in the user's Documents\NinjaTrader 7\bin\Custom folder > start NinjaTrader on the client's PC > go to Tools > Edit NinjaScript > Indicator > select any indicator > when the NinjaScript editor loads right click > select References > Add > select the file you added (just the .dll one not the X64 or X86 ones) > once the reference is added right click and select Compile in the NinjaScript Editor.

This should provide details on why it could not import through File > Utilities > Import NinjaScript.

If you need assistance with errors please provide a screenshot of the messages received.
