How do you make see through S/R zones?

I am trying to figure out how to draw colored S/R zones, that can be as wide as you want on the chart, and also colored in a way that candles can be seen on top of the colored zones. Does anyone have an indicator, or can tell me how to code this?

still need inddicator that is adjustable.

Hey Sledge and others, the indicator that is recommended is almost what I am looking for...I need an indicator like that one, however the zones need to be set in the parameters, and not change with price. For instance, if I want to chart a zone of Range Extreme on the ES, ie at between the 2032.75 - 2035.25....I need an indicator where I can plug in all these numbers and areas...anyone have something like this or can amend the attached indicator.
