Context Menu remove properties

Why sometimes when I right click on a chart I don't access the context menu items but two options :

remove
________
properties


Sometimes it takes up to 15 clicks before acceding the contextual menu !

Thank you for writing in.

This would denote that you have clicked on an indicator plot or price bars and are now right-clicking with that indicator plot selected. Please click somewhere else within the chart, ensuring you are not clicking on any indicator plots, price bars, drawing objects, etc.

If it is taking many mouse clicks to access the right-click menu, I would make sure that your mouse's right-click is working outside of NinjaTrader. Additionally, ensure that you do not have any modal windows, such as the Indicators window for example, opened in the background. This would prevent you from right-clicking within the chart until the Indicators window, or other modal window, has been closed.
