    Instrument one tick worth in dollars

    Hello Support,

    Please, help!

    How to determine of Instrument one tick worth in dollars? It must be simple but I can not find anything.

    Thank you for writing in.

    You can utilize both Instrument.MasterInstrument.PointValue and TickSize to figure out the monetary value of one tick.

    For more information about Instrument.MasterInstrument.PointValue and TickSize, please take a look at the following two links below:



    You'll just want to multiply Instrument.MasterInstrument.PointValue by the TickSize.
    Code:
    double amountPerTick = Instrument.MasterInstrument.PointValue * TickSize;
    Print(amountPerTick); // prints out 12.5 for ES, for example
