how to add one indicator into other indicator

dear Team,

i need to draw arrows on chart only when my three indicators in two panels agree with each other,
my conditions for example Buy when two SMA on chart should crossover and MacdBB should below 80 mark of stochastics.
i attached a sample image. can anyone help me in this regards

While you are asking about creating an indicator your text suggests what you are looking for is a strategy , "...my conditions for example Buy when two SMA on chart should crossover and MacdBB should below 80 mark of stochastics."

With a strategy you can use your indicators and the strategy can be used to draw the arrows and also place the orders.

For this I recommend the use of the NinjaTrader strategy wizard as that makes it possible without needing to know how to code with C#. If you are not familiar with coding or the strategy wizard, here are some links to get you started.
