Range Second Chart

Since you can modify type of bars like RangeAlt, can we have combination of Range bar and Time-based bar such as 4 range and 5 seconds ?

I've seen a package that emphasize this as their edge, so we can take advantage of a very early movement.

Let's say market is ranging and less ticks coming in, so new bar will be created after time-based has elapsed, but when the market is moving, new bar will be created after x range or x ticks, no need to wait for time-based bar to finish.

They call it combined bars, not sure if I am allowed to post this.

How does this "combined bar" give you an edge in trading?

I use MA and MA need to move to the right to show something, with only time-based bar it brings spikes, but perhaps with this new bar type, smoothed price can be achieved so price pattern, MA pattern and Osc pattern can be more reliable. Let's hope so.
