Import Ninjascript error message

I sent an indicator I developed to someone and they are unable to open it.

So I re-exported the indicator as follows (clicked yes):

I then emailed the new zip file and logged onto there computer and when I imported the ninjascript I got this message:

I was once having an issue where an extra reference file would show up in the zip file and call for other indicators not found in the indicator itself, this would happen to any indicator I made. It doesn't seem to be doing it now so I cant show a screenshot.

The only thing I can think of is to install a fresh version of NT on a new computer, copy and paste the code and start the export process over, unless it is something on the other guys end?

Could you please attach your exported indicator to an email to platformsupport[AT]ninjatrader[DOT]com with the subject line:
"ATTN: Michael M http://www.ninjatrader.com/support/forum/showthread.php?t=79600"?

This will allow us to investigate further to determine if the issue is with your installation or the other computer.
